Delivery

Postage for deliveries is calculated at the checkout by weight.

Packaging

Textile Art pieces are packed using Bubble Wrap for safe transit. Scarves are packaged in Jiffy Padded Envelopes.

Payment

Payment can be made with your credit card through PayPal or by using your PayPal account. PayPal is a safe, secure and an easy way to buy online.

Damages

I do my utmost to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition however in the event of a piece being damaged, please notify me within 4 days, so that it may be reported to the courier. Please photograph the damage and email it to me. Work that has been damaged in transit will be replaced or a full refund will be given.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, undamaged (scarves-unworn) and in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: if the item is returned with obvious signs of use or abuse, or negligence when handling. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has been worn i.e. (scarves) or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return delivery costs. I do not accept returns of custom made/ bespoke orders.
