The Island of Ireland is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on three sides and by the Irish Sea on the East Coast. The Wild Atlantic Way gives rise to Choppy waters and massive waves as the arrive on the coastline. This is my interpretation of the sea movement as interpreted and depicted through the medium of Textiles.
Needle Felted Merino Wool background with Jute fibres, embroidery threads, cotton scrim and hand stitched beading.
