“Robins appear when loved ones are near”
It’s that time of the year when the leaves turn from green to brown, The beautiful cotoneaster shrub is full of red berries and Robins are hopping around the place delighted with the bountiful meals that awaits them each day. I know Robins stay all year round but somehow when the red berries are so vibrant amongst the green foliage - Robins always seem to re-appear this time of year, they have been busy building their nests and rearing their chicks from early spring to the end of summer. Now as the Autumn/Winter months arrive and evenings get short we can always depend on the Robins to brighten up the day.
Felted dyed wool fibres with embroidery stitch. Taken in my garden on the cotoneaster
